Two weeks ago, in a half-dazed state, I had this sudden desire to go on a back packing trip. Taking everything in to account and talking over with my friends I realized the planing process would be too long and none of us were time rich.
Days went by and as i marinated with the failed dream of back packing trip, the word Trip stood out. It didn’t take us long to realize a simple fact. Why run of to Europe when we have no clue what’s in our own back yard. Hence a week-long road trip to the east coast was finalized.
5 AM destination research. Its amazing how much you can accomplish, when you are actually motivated by a project.
12 stops, 5000 KM, 7 days, $1300 budget and whole lot of enthusiasm.
